The health issues and emerging health and aged care issues have been well documented in the region. We recently concluded the long term health strategy for one of the organisations for a member state. We are now working to implement a number of the elements of the strategy, including new facilities, training, recruiting and build program under that strategy.
In working through the future health strategy, we have worked with the client in departing from the traditional course of action to enable the client to better meet the emerging future needs of their people.
