- An exemplar project management record with an organisation worthy of association with what will be iconic and innovative health service projects.
- A critical understanding of the philosophy, objectives, structure, and operational details of the health projects.
- A comprehensive local knowledge, through partnering arrangements in multiple countries that brings local knowledge of the statutory planning, design services, local custom issues and considerations, and processes important to the project.
- The best Program Management/Project Director/Project Manager team including the ability and resources for a ‘hot start’ to the project so as to fulfil the expectations of the client.
- Strong working relationships with all key stakeholders associated with the project and the operational start-up of Projects.
- Complete familiarity with all of the processes necessary to procure health projects of this size in a private and public sector environment.
