Urban Healthcare has run and designed some largest telehealth systems in the world. Our designs are the best of breed globally our design team are comprised of healthcare and technology professionals and experts that have working in the hardest environments for care delivery. Our design teams are guided by major telehealth model constructs (i.e., problem identification, defining the target population and objectives, measurement theory selection, building and planning the intervention protocols) with an overarching process of ensuring any framework developed ensures that intervention is evidence-based and that key medical and clinical practices are the centre of our Total Personal Care philosophy.
Our design teams held as experts in their fields globally and cou co-review models are filled with academic experts, medical directors, program directors, managers of patient support services, nurses, telehealth experts, vendors, service providers, participant advocates, potential participants, and students.
Most issues are due to the complex process of designing and implementing telehealth programs. The key objectives should always be looking at Continuum of Care Models for both Medical and developing Complex Interventions in Nursing as an intervention program for populations with multiple chronic conditions.

Leading the Worlds Telehealth Design, Operation and Delievry.
Urban Telehealth offer an evidenced-based approach to providing cost-effective care, education, and timely communication at a distance. Globally Telehealth has extensive use and is still to reach its global full potential, especially in rural areas in complex country locations.
Telehealth intervention is clearly the one thing that will save humanity in the future as we are faced with global pandemics that will challenge healthcare delivery across this earth. We will need our governments and healthcare professionals to see the benefits of being able to complete individuals transitioning from institutional care to their telehealth communities.
As we combine multiple health sectors, education and access to health-care providers to diminish the burden of individuals from a face to face environment where we manage multiple chronic conditions in the community. the combination of telehealth services will become even more critical.
The increase of care complexity for both the individual patients, their communities, and healthcare service providers has finally hit the feasibility and acceptability for both patients and healthcare providers. In addition, efficacy and cost of the intervention will become the key driver for using inform decisions about the sustainability and scalability of a larger intervention telehealth models.
Our future populations globally have the expectation of accessibility and cost effectiveness for clinical solutions and servicing.
From the inception of our first telehealth system in 1999 at St Andrews Hospital Brisbane where we delivered across oceans and continents, to our ConnectCare Systems which became the backbone of Queensland Health 170 locations in the early 2000’s and the largest military retrieval systems in UAE to where we are today as the leading Telehealth designers on the planet, we are proud of what we have achieved.
Telehealth is targeted and is the future for the populations of our world.
