Urban Healthcare will achieve project realisation through a number of key areas as are set out in detail in this proposal. Urban Healthcare will:
- work across the project, to assist in identifying and preventing problems
- establish and monitor the governance model to maximise client value from the project and minimise client risk
- embed arrangements to:
- enable key decisions to be made in a timely manner
- keep stakeholders informed
- keep interested parties informed
- work with and mange contractors to provide a project manage office to deliver the project
- work with the key parties through the Steering Committee to deliver solid governance and project management arrangements
- coordinate across the key elements of the project (build, fitout, ICT and Staff) to ensure the delivery date is effective across all disciplines
- as part of the coordinating role, assist in identifying gaps between the key elements and potential solutions
- as requested provide additional resources to enable the project to progress on time
