Urban Healthcare will achieve project realisation through a number of key areas as are set out in detail in this proposal.  Urban Healthcare will:

  • work across the project, to assist in identifying and preventing problems
  • establish and monitor the governance model to maximise client value from the project and minimise client risk
  • embed arrangements to:
  • enable key decisions to be made in a timely manner
  • keep stakeholders informed
  • keep interested parties informed
  • work with and mange contractors to provide a project manage office to deliver the project
  • work with the key parties through the Steering Committee to deliver solid governance and project management arrangements
  • coordinate across the key elements of the project (build, fitout, ICT and Staff) to ensure the delivery date is effective across all disciplines
  • as part of the coordinating role, assist in identifying gaps between the key elements and potential solutions
  • as requested provide additional resources to enable the project to progress on time
